1. How can I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website. Simply add the item(s) you’d like to your basket and follow the checkout process. If you need help, feel free to email us at sales@sofabedshop.co.uk.


2. Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer delivery across the UK. Delivery times and costs will be shown at checkout depending on your location and the size of the item.


3. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Absolutely. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item, provided it's unused and in its original condition. Please see our Returns Page for full details.


4. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund.


5. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If you have a specific question about an item’s warranty, just get in touch.


6. Are your sofas and beds in stock?

Many of our products are in stock and ready for quick dispatch. Made-to-order items may take longer, and estimated delivery times will be shown on the product page.
