At The Sofa and Bed Store, we want you to love your new furniture. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In the original packaging or suitably packaged for return

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund—whichever you prefer.

Please email us at sales@sofabedshop.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and any damage

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our team at sales@sofabedshop.co.uk to request a return.

  2. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days.
